Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu Tokyo

The location of Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu was absolutely perfect for exploring Tokyo. It was right at Shibuya station, making it incredibly convenient to visit all the main tourist attractions. The hotel even offered a limousine bus to and from the airport, which made my travel experience a breeze. I also received a free room upgrade with a massage chair, which was a fantastic bonus. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe walking around the area at night. I highly recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location and convenience.

The best aspects of this hotel are its incredible location, cleanliness, and helpful staff. It is situated right in the heart of Shibuya's shopping precinct, making it easy to explore the area and find plenty of restaurants. The hotel is also conveniently located near bus and train stations, making transportation a breeze. Additionally, the hotel offers great facilities, including reasonable-sized rooms with comfortable beds and bathtubs. The staff were attentive and patient, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hallways can be warm and stuffy. the busy and central location may not suit everyone's preferences.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Shibuya. Connected to a shopping mall and close to Shibuya crossing and Hachiko. The room size is spacious and clean. Staff service is excellent.

Guests can easily access various modes of transportation from this convenient spot. the hotel offers great views of the Shibuya crossing, allowing guests to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The rooms are equipped with thoughtful touches such as bottled water, a coffee machine, and a toothbrush, providing a comfortable stay. There is also a free smartphone available for use outside the hotel.

Finding the entrance to the hotel can be a struggle, as mentioned in one of the reviews. The lack of adequate signage outside the station and on the street can make it frustrating and scary for guests to locate the hotel.

We loved the location of this place! It's right across from the train station and we had several dining options nearby. Being in a shopping district was great for us because there were so many places to explore. Plus, being on top of the train station made getting around super easy. The staff was also incredibly helpful in assisting us with getting to places.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect - it's right across from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. We were able to walk to so many great shopping venues and restaurants within minutes. The famous Shibuya Scramble intersection was right outside the front entrance, and we even had excellent views of it from our higher-level room. The staff was so courteous and friendly, and they were always willing to assist us with directions and recommendations on how to get to different places. The room itself was spacious and clean, and it was cleaned everyday. We appreciated having the option to do our own laundry in the hotel's laundry rooms, and the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great added bonus. this hotel provided us with a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel conveniently located near Shibuya Crossing. The hotel is attached to a metro station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the wonderful market just outside. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being right on top of Shibuya train station and near the bustling commercial area of Shibuya. You'll have easy access to transportation and find yourself surrounded by countless shops and food options. The rooms are spacious, providing more comfort than the average Tokyo hotel room. Additionally, the view from the hotel, especially from the restaurants on level 25, is unbeatable, allowing you to witness the famous Shibuya crossing at any time of the day.

The breakfast options, particularly the Western breakfast, were not up to par and could be improved.
